Empowerment

Empowerment will make employees fully responsible for their work and better understand their work. Successful empowerment creates a work environment that makes people genuinely enjoy their work and feel motivated to exercise their skills. (Choong & Lau, 2011Rana & Singh, 2016Spreitzer et al., 1997).

Leadership style plays an important role in driving relationships between leaders and employees and influencing job satisfaction among employees.

Although the vision shows the objectives of the company, it is based on these values as a measure, as a standard to adjust the behaviors and points of view necessary to achieve that vision.   1. This is correct Amila. Organisations do a lot of things to motivate and retain their employees to get the maximum out put from their employees. Another good way that I'm experiencing in my organisation is, we have a program called "Be Engage" which is done by the HR team twice a month. They arrange talent shows, sports events, Q&A sessions with the top management and speeches from guest speakers etc.. to engage and motivate the employees. I think it is also a good strategy.

  2. Yes Well said Amila! and also The performance of workforces improves by the creation of the strong culture of an organization. ... The accomplishment guidance is based upon different ethics and standard that makes culture effective (Schein, 1990). The set of beliefs, behaviors, standards, and ethics helps in making the culture most effective (Kotter and Heskett,1992).
