The importance of the job satisfaction is ,very important since the results of job dissatisfied employees give negative, outcomes to the business organization. The consequences ,of job satisfaction ,are related with the lack of loyalty upsurge of absenteeism and also may increase the number of accidents etc... According to the Christen Iyer and Soberman (2006) he main elements of the job satisfaction includes job related factors role perceptions job performance and firm performance.

Job Satisfaction can be influenced by many other factors depends on the nature of the organization. The nature of the work that organization that need to be done, salary, the opportunities for the advancements work groups and the conditions for the work are related factors that affect the level of job satisfaction of the employees. The factors for the job satisfaction is totally differ from factors of job dissatisfaction. This phenomenon is clearly discussed under the theory of Hertzberg two factor theories. The factors that cause the job satisfaction are called motivational factors whilst the factors that cause job dissatisfaction is called Hygiene factors (Vroom, 1997).
Effects of job satisfaction resulted series of influences for the life of workers in the organization. Even though many researchers indicate that there is no strong positive link between the job satisfaction and productivity of the employees. According to the comprehensive Meta analysis conducted by the past researches satisfied workers not necessarily are the higher productive employees of the company. Even though satisfaction is not lead for the higher productive employees of the organization it leads the management of the organization to improve their day today activates as well. Hence the term of job satisfaction is very complex contemporarily management faces many problematic areas of identification and measurement of job satisfaction. Many past researches depicted there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction as well as motivation of the employees. This strong positive correlation between the two factors seems to proven in many studies hence HRM need to pay great attention for the Identification of Job Satisfaction Phenomena Properly (Vroom, 1997).

Due to the popularity of job satisfaction in the field of professional and institutional psychology, various researchers and professionals have come up with their own definitions of what job satisfaction is. However, the two most common definitions of job satisfaction are, pleasant emotional state as a result of evaluating one's job as achieving or facilitating one's job value and the amount of people who are satisfied (satisfied) or disliked (dissatisfied) with their job.
