Clan culture

Adhocracy culture

Companies with hierarchical cultures adhere to the ancient company structure. These are firms targeted on the internal organization by the method of a transparent chain of command and multiple management tiers that separate workers and leadership.

 According to Cameron, Quinn (1998) the structure culture compatible with this kind is characterized by a formalized and structured place to figure.
